At My Pilot Interview, our guiding principle is simple: every client should walk into their interview fully prepared and confident. We understand how important these opportunities are, which is why we remain flexible, supporting clients at all hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

In the past two weeks, we worked with three candidates preparing for Delta interviews who came to us after working with other providers. Despite prior investment, they either felt unprepared or were unable to schedule meaningful one-on-one sessions. With about 10 days to prepare, we worked closely with each of them. All three reported feeling confident, found the interview straightforward, and each received a CJO.

Our data shows that clients who come to us on short timelines still achieve excellent results, with a success rate above 90%. The shortest preparation window we’ve supported is just three days and that client also received a CJO.
