Format:

  1. IQ & Personality Test – Online

  2. PRD / Logbook Submission – Online

  3. Recorded Interview – Online, timed responses

  4. Zoom Interview with Two Pilots – Zoom (non-technical)


Dress: Business for all interviews (you should wear a tie).


Phase 1: IQ & Personality Test

  • Take the test seriously but don’t overthink.

  • Answer honestly; they are looking for authenticity and personality alignment.

Phase 2: PRD / Logbook Submission

  • After the personality/IQ test, you will receive a request for access to your Pilot Records Database (PRD) and your logbook.

  • Make sure your logbook is organized, up-to-date, and accurate.


Phase 3: Recorded Interview

  • Typically 3–4 questions appear on your screen.

  • You will have ~20 seconds to think and a limited time to record your answer.

  • Keep answers concise, genuine, and personality-driven.


Sample Questions:

  1. “Why this job at Breeze?”

  2. “Tell me about a time you had to adapt to change.”

  3. “If you asked a friend, what would they say is your strength and your weakness?”

Tips:

  • Smile and be personable on camera.

  • Focus on Breeze’s culture: kindness, teamwork, and approachability.


Phase 4: Zoom Interview with Two Pilots

Core Values to Know:

  • Safety – Always first; think proactively and responsibly.

  • Kindness – Be approachable, friendly, and supportive.

  • Integrity – Honest and reliable in all situations.

  • Ingenuity – Creative problem-solving and adaptability.

  • Excellence – Commitment to high standards in all tasks.

  • "Tell me about yourself"

  • "Why do you want to work for Breeze?"

  • “How would you describe yourself in one word?”

  • “Tell me about a time you went outside company policy?”

  • “Tell me about your flight training?”

  • “Describe the perfect work environment?”

  • “Tell me a time when you had to make a hard decision?”

  • “What do you like most about being a pilot?”

Tips:

  • Be friendly, genuine, and personable—they want pilots who are “seriously nice.”

  • Tie answers to Breeze’s core values when possible.

  • Use real aviation examples, but keep them short, relatable, and reflective.

  • Highlight teamwork, adaptability, and positive attitude.
